Release & Indemnification Agreement

For and in consideration of my being allowed to participate in the indicated Homestead Hollow festival, I, the applicant, do hereby agree to release, acquit and forever discharge Homestead Hollow, its members, officers, agents, employees, servants, successors and assigns, and all other persons, firms, corporations or other legal entities sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise associated with any Homestead Hollow festival, from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, actions, causes of action, whether sounding in tort, contract, or other theory of law, whether for compensatory or punitive damages, whether known or unknown, which have previously existed, now exist or could hereafter exist, arising from, connected with or otherwise related in any way whatsoever to my participation in any Homestead Hollow festival. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homestead Hollow for the payment of any claim, demand or judgment arising out of or related to my participation in any Homestead Hollow festival, including the payment of the costs, expenses and reasonable attorney's fees incurred by Homestead Hollow.

After you submit, we'll email payment instructions — pay by card, or mail a check to P.O. Box 190, Springville, AL 35146. Your booth isn't reserved until your fee is received.

Prefer paper? Mail your application, photos, and a check or money order payable to Homestead Hollow to P.O. Box 190, Springville, AL 35146 — postmarked at least four weeks before the festival. Mailed photos are kept on file and not returned.
